        .The attention of all the District Educational Officers & District Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are invited to the reference read abovc, thcy are informed that the following funds have been released to the Girls Hostes attachcd to Model Schools towards honorarium to the Outsourcing sta for 02 months i.e., for the month of June & July-2017 and Balance amount for 02 months and outsourcing staff salaries for the months of Aug & Sep-2017 and for purchasing of utensils, blankcts, pillow covers, etc Si No. Name of the component No of Hostels Fund Total Amount released pe Released Hostel Honararium for 02 months 11 7,08,200/ 8,28,59,400/ i.e., June & July-2017 and rchase Balance amount for the 80,410/- 6352390, months of June & July 2017 5,23,810/- 2,04,28,590/- & Sep-2017 To purchase of utensils, mattresses pillows, blankets Further they are informed that most of the Principals are requesting to release further funds but the expenditure particulars and balance available for the funds relcaacd to the Girls Hostels have not received so far In view of the above, all the District Educational Officcrs & District Projcct Coordinators of RMSA in the State are requested to obtain the hostel wise and component wise expenditure and balance available with them till to date and also submit the consolidate report since the funds released to the Girls Hostels in the proforma given on or before 10.01.2018 They are also requested to submit the hostel wise expenditure for every month on or before 25th of every month, so as to enablc us to rclcasc further unds Encl Proforma 8 Hostel wise releases P.
