        In continuation of the reference 2'd cited, wherein, the Government have reiterated the orders issued in G.o. 1" cited, declaring special casual Leave to all the Women Employees in the state, on 8 March being celebrated as International women's Day", the Government after consideration reiterate the said instructions and instruct the concerned to take necessary action accordingly.
