                   The attention of all the District Educational officers in the State are invited to the reference above, the Government has reference 1st cited along with enclosures of the reference 2nd and 3rd cited requested to take during the morning assembly in all schools on hygiene and sanitation Affairs, Sri Hardeep s Puri, Minister of State puc Housing and schools of India has request to kindly in the state of AP to devote time, preferably during the morning assembly or attendance, to "A minute for swachhata". It may be utilized to take the swachhata pledge or source segregation pledge, instruct students on simple swachhata' related actions that they can take in their homes, educate them on hygiene and sanitation, educate them regarding the harmful effects of littering, open defecation, open urination, etc Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to give necessary instructions to the a Dy.E.Os MEOs HM Gr II to take "swachhata Pledge during the morning assembly in all schools on hygiene and sanitation and submit compliance report to this office This should be treated as most urgent.
