TS: HM, Tailor Agreement Form for Stitching Of School Uniforms

As per  Proc. No. 3792/SSA/T4/2017 Dated: 03.02.2018  Supply of School Uniforms to the Students for the year 2018 19 Certain instructions Better to take an agreement between School Management Committee and Tailor. School Complex Headmaster is the Responsibility . In this Form it is better to take signature of School's SMC chairman, vice chairman Headmaster, School Complex Headmaster along with Tailor signature on Revenue Stamp.

If anybody need they may use this form, It is not a govt order generally I prepared this form
