ORDER

             All the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the F.Y 2017-18 is fastly approaching for closure. The District Educational Officers are hereby instructed to utilize the budget released towards cost of food grains and transportation charges for the year 2017-18 up to date without lapse of the budget. If any slackness found in this regard they will be personally held responsible They are requested to issue instructions to all the Mandal Educational Officers of their jurisdiction that to claim all the bills pertaining to Mid Day Meal Scheme of 2017 8 before 20 Mar. 2018 without lapse of the budget. Also instruct the MEOs to credit the cooking cost and honorarium to cook-cum-helpers through online to the concemed individuals bank accounts only Further the are requested to issue instructions to all the Mandal Educational Officers to surrender the e budget available with them before 25 Mar. 2018 Sol
