--:O:-- ORDER :-

            In  the reference  1st  read above orders were issued  for implementation of  a new Scheme  “Chandranna Pelli  Kanuka”  for  extending  the  financial assistance  of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees  Thirty  Thousand  only)  as  an  incentive  to  the  eligible  below poverty line Brides at the time of their marriage with a view to  alleviate financial difficulties to celebrate the marriages in  the families of Backward Classes in  the State.

         ⏩  2. In  the reference 2nd  read above, the Director, B.C.Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada has proposed for enhancement of financial assistance from  Rs.30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- and requested the Government  for issue of necessary  amendment to the G.O.1st  read above. 

         ⏩ 3.   Government, after careful  examination  of the  matter, hereby  issue the following amendment to the para 4 of  the G.O.Ms.No.32, B.C.Welfare (C) Department, Dated.30.10.2017:   AMENDMENT Para 4 of  the  G.O.Ms.No.32, B.C.Welfare  (C)  Department, Dated.30.10.2017  shall be substituted as follows :  “Under this  scheme,  a onetime Financial  Assistance of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand  only)  at the time of marriage shall be granted to every unmarried BPL-Backward Class girl  in  the state of Andhra Pradesh”.

            ⏩ 4. The  Director, B.C.  Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall  take necessary action accordingly. 

             ⏩ 5. This  order issues with the concurrence of the  Finance Department Dated.27.03.2018.
