O R D E R:

          In  the G.O’s 1st  & 2nd  read above, Government have  issued certain Norms for billing and Guidelines for Utilization of  amounts received by the Government Hospitals under Aarogyasri Scheme.

⏩ 2.     In  the  letter  3rd  read  above,  the   Chief  Executive Officer,  Dr.NTRVS  Trust,  AP, Guntur has proposed  certain proportion with regards to utilization of Patient Care Amount and Incentive Amount  received  by the Government Hospitals under   Dr.  NTR Vaidya  Seva  Health Scheme.

⏩ 3.  Government  after  careful  examination of the matter and  in  supersession of Para 4 (b)  “Norms and guidelines for billing  Aarogyasri  (Dr. NTR  Vaidya Seva)  cases in  Govt.  Hospitals  issued  in  the  G.O  1st  read above and supersession of  para 2 of G.O 2nd  read above,    here by issue the  following  norms  and  guidelines:

PATIENT  CARE  AMOUNT  (45%):

The expenditure for the implementation of  Scheme  in  Government Hospitals under the Head of Patient Care amount (45%)  shall  be  incurred for the following:   20% of the 45% amount can be utilized  for hiring services of the following under FMS (Facility Management Services): 1.  FMO 2.  FNO 3.  Stretcher boy  4.  Thoti  5.  Front Desk  Personnel 6.  Electrician  7.  Plumber  8.  Barber  9.  Lift  operator 10.  Aaya  Engagement of  the  above  staff shall be  for the  benefit  of  the  Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva patients only;  and hence the number  of each category  of the staff to be engaged shall  be  decided by the  Superintendent of  the  Hospital  in  consultation  with each Head of Departments concerned and  the flow  of  the Dr.  NTR Vaidya  Seva patients. (a) (b) Rs.100/- which  is  used  as diet charges and  the reimbursement of transportation charges should  be made  Aadhar linked and  effect direct benefit transfer to the BPL beneficiaries’ accounts,  at the time  of their discharge.   However,  the Hospital  shall  continue to provide diet to the  NTRVS beneficiaries from  the  regular  budget. Expenditure on computer peripherals and  its maintenance.
