All Drawing and Disbursing Officers are requested to attach the below documents while submitting the Bills in CFMS.

        ⏩ 1) PAY BILLS Bill Inner Sheet Increment Sanction Orders and Increment Certificate. Leave Sanction Orders if any. Cadre Strength and Present Working Strength Particulars

        ⏩ 2) DA Arrear Bills Bill Inner Sheet Hence all Drawing Officers are requested to ensure to attach above documents under notes and documents tab in CFMS so as to enable this office to pass the bills.
