            In  the  reference  1st  read above, orders was issued  declaring  the birthday  Celebration of  Mahatma  Jyothiba  Phule  falling  on 11th  April as  “State Function”  every  year.  

      ⏩  2. In  the  reference  2nd  read  above,  the  Commissioner,  Backward  Classes  Welfare, Telangana,  Hyderabad  has  requested  the  Government  to  accord  permission  for  celebration, allocation  of  budget  and  to  constitute  Jayanthi  Celebration  Committee  to  conduct  the  192nd Jayanthi Celebration of  Mahatma  Jyothiba  Phule  falling  on 11.04.2018. 3. In  the  reference  3rd  read  above,  Government  have  accorded  permission  to  Celebrate 192nd  Jayanthi  of  Mahatma  Jyothiba  Phule  as  State  function  on  11.04.2018  with  a  total budget  of  Rs.20.00  lakhs  (Rupees  Twenty  Lakhs  only)  and  to  utilise  the  funds  from  the B.C.  Coop.  Finance  Corporation  Ltd.,  Hyderabad  for  meeting  the  expenditure  in connection  with  celebration  of  Jayanthi  of  Mahatma  Jyothiba  Phule  as  State  function  on 11th  April, 2018, subject  to meeting  the  expenditure from with in the available budget only. 4. In  continuation  of  the  orders  issued  in  the  reference  3rd  read  above,  Government, hereby  constitute  the  Committee  to  celebrate  the  192nd  birthday  of  Mahatma  Jyothiba Phule  falling  on 11.04.2018 as  state  function with  the  following:
