ORDER

                 The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above and they are informed that as per the orders issued therein the application for c with all the required documents has to be submitted by the candidate to the DEO through the H.M where he hasl the particulars as per rule sends the same to the Thasildar concerned who in turn after conducting enquiry sends the same to the Collector and Collector orrection/ olteration of date of birth and the DEO ofter d the same to the DSE with his specific remarks. it has been observed by the under signed that some of the District Educational Officers are forwarding the proposals in deviation of instructions r alteration/correction of date of birth without the report/Specific remarks of he District Collector concerned in routine manner Therefore, they are directed to adhere to the rules read above stricfity Further, the proposals for corrections in SSC marks memos should be signed invariably by the District Educational Officers only
