Sub: YAT&C (CA) Dcpt. Telangana Formation Day Celebrations 2018 - ive organization for the conduct of Telangana Guidelines for effect Formation Day Celcbrations 2018 in all the Districts Communicated - Regarding

Ref- Video Conference held on 25-05-2018 on the on arrangements to be made for the successful conduct of Telangana Formation Day Celebrations-2018 by Secretary to Govt, YAT&C Deptt, with all the District Collectors.

        The Government have decided to cclebrate Telanga State Formation Celebrations-2018 in a grand scale all over the state and issues the following guidclines for effective and efficient organization of the prestigious State Formation day Celebrations in all the Districts. Every district wll be provided an amount of Rs.16,13,392/- (including Rs.6,13,392/-for 12 awards Rs.51,116/- for each award and Rs.2.00 lakhs for cultural procession/programmes and Rs. 8.00 lakhs for celebrations.) State Formation Celebrations have to be conducted on 2nd June, 2018.

        *Celebrations starts with paying tributes to the Martyrs Memorials by the Hon ble Ministers, District Collectors and other officials in the district head quarters to be conducted, followed by distribution of awards to the eminent personalitics. in their respective offices including Grampanchayaths, Municipalities, Market

        * The ceremonial parade has to be organized in the district and Flag hoisting havc All the Government, Semi-government and PSs must hoist Indian National Flag Yards etc

           * Al the Government offices should be decorated with proper llumination in a festive mood.

           * Cultural programmes, depicting the themes of Telangana movement have to be organized in every revenue division head quarters and in district head quarters duly showcasing the art forms of Telangana.

          *A procession of artists may be organized fromthe defined places in the district head quarters and revenue divisional head quarters, prior to he beginning of cultural programmes.

        * The Cultural programmes should start by 6.30 PM and may be continue up to 10.30 PM
