      TSSA Hyderabad Re-engaging the services of Special Officers & Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs) & PETs working in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) Schools during the academic year 2018-19 Reg.

ORDER

                      All the District Collectors & Chairmen of SSA in the State except Hyderabad and Medchal Districts is invited to the subject cited and informed that, the following Guidelines for Re-engaging the services of Special Officers & Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs) & PETs of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas for the academic year 2018-19 taking in to consideration the performance of the year 2017-18. The performance of the Special Officers, Contract Resident Teachers & PETs have to be reviewed on the following parameters: SSC Results in concerned subject pass percentage. Regularity to duties and Academic Performance. .Complaints or Financial Irregularities, if any against them. Un-authorized absenteeism and avoiding night duties Complaints, if any on the Special Officers & Contract Resident Teachers by students and other staff etc. A Committee constitute the following officials the review of Re-engage services for the academic year 2018-19 on the parameters indicated above. COMMITTEE: Joints Collector District Educational Officer Concerned MEO Chairman Member > The process has to be taken up immediately and complete before 24h May, 2018 and re-engage them from 25.05.2018.

        Therefore, the District Collectors & Chairmen of SSA in the State except Hyderabad and Medchal Districts are requested to take immediate necessary steps in the matter.
