O R  D E  R : ******* 

                   Government hereby  constitute  a Committee,  with the  following  Senior Officers, to  formulate  the Transfer  Guidelines  for  all categories  of  employees, in consultation  with  Teacher  MLCs  and Employees’ Associations,  as well  as, Secretaries and  HODs of  all Departments:-

1.  Sri  Ajay  Misra,  IAS, Spl.Chief  Secretary  to  Govt., Energy Dept.

2.  Sri  Adhar Sinha,  IAS,    Prl.Secretary  to  Govt.(Poll) and Secretary  to  Govt.(Ser)(FAC), GAD.

3.  Sri  N.Siva  Sankar,  IAS, Prl.Secretary  to  Govt.(FP),  Finance  Dept. 2.     .. ..    .. Chairman Member Member-Convenor The Committee shall  submit  its  guidelines  for  employees’  transfers, including Teachers, to  Government,  within  10  days.
