ORDER

                  In the reference read above Government have authorized to prepare advance bill and present the bill in CFMS system for payment of advance ie, equivalent to two months net salary for all employees of Grants-in-Aid employees working in schools and colleges recoverable from the salary bills for the month of March & April 2018 under the Head of Account 7610-00-800-00-80-001-000 Loans and Advances to Government servants Other Advances under the Director of Treasuries and Accounts DDO. Accordingly Administrative Sanction Orders is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.143,83,95,682/ (Rupees One Hundred Forty Three Crore Eighty Three Lakh Ninety Five Thousand Sik Hundred and Eighty Two only) under the Head of Account 7610-00-800-00-80 001-000-VN towards advance bill equivalent to salaries in respect of 10,904 Grant in Aid employees whose HRMS data is readily available and the data provided by CFMS The DDO o/o Director of Treasuries and Accounts is requested to draw the above amount as per the list enclosed in the 11-Annexures (11 Bills as detailed below) and credit the amount directly to the employees concerned S8 accounts through CFMS / e-Kuber plat form. The Heads of the Departments concerned are informed that, the above sanctioned amount will be recovered in three (3) installments from the salaries of the individuals concerned and adjusted said amount to the following Head of Accounts concerned ....
