           With reference to the subject cited, I am to inform you that the speed post mechanism is still not updated by the postal department and the delivery of articles is being delayed very much. Further, the admissions into Intermediate Ist year are in progress and the students are in need of their dummy pass memos for producing the same to in the colleges. In order to facilitate the students, it is decided to send the dummy pass memos of SSC Public Examinaitons, March 2018 to you alongwith the confidential material of SSC Advanced Supplementary Ex the Heads of Instituti ons, March 2018 for onward distribution to Hence, I request you to extend your co-operation in making necessary arrangements for orderly distribution of dummy pass memos among all the Heads of Institutions.
