ORDER
All the District Educational Officers, and Principals DIETS in the state are hereby informed that vide ref 1st to 3 read above, certain Teachers Associations have requested to change the school timings from 08.00 AM to 1.30 PM during the RAMZAN month commencing from 17.05.2018 to 16.06.2018 further the DEOs and the principal of DIETs are instructed to implement the above timings during the Ramzan Month in all Urdu Medium school Urdu medium sections of parallel medium school and Urdu Medium sections of DIETS in the state
Further. the DEOs shall instruct the concemed school Head Masters to compensate the loss of working hours due to change of timings by working one extra day in case of Upper primary schools and secondary schools in case of Primary schools, they should work extra half an hour on two working days, as was done last year
