ORDER

           Based on the Hon'ble High Court Orders issued in the references 1st to 5th above, representations have been received by the Commissioner and Director of School Education/Government  in Education Department on  14.6.2018 and 15.6.2018 from the Teachers/H.Ms (details are appended as Annexure-I to this Memo).    

2. The Hon'ble High Court in their orders mentioned  in the references 1st and 2nd cited,  directed that these representations must be filed on or before 15.6.2018 and that the competent authority shall consider such requests and pass appropriate orders  there upon on or before 20.6.2018. Similarly, in the Orders issued in the references 3rd, 4th and 5th  cited, the Hon'ble High Court ordered that as the Petitioners mentioned  that they had already filed their representations,  the competent authority shall consider the same in terms of the orders passed as mentioned in the reference 1st and 2nd  cited.

   3. In the reference 6th cited, the Hon’ble Court directed to consider the representation of the Writ Petitioner accordance with law.

  4. In the Orders issued in the references 7th and 8th cited,  the Hon'ble High Court ordered that the representations must be filed on or before 15.6.2018 and the competent authority shall consider and pass appropriate orders there upon before 20.6.2018. But, in these cases  (details appended as Annexure-II to this Memo) representations were not received by the
