Ref.From the C S.E.. A P., brahimpatna Lr.Rc.No 225/Entu.v 2017. dated 01.02 2017, 24.08.2017 & 21.04.2018 I inform that Government G.O Ms No.144, Finae (HR.n Dept., Dated 02.08.2016 wlh Govt.Memo No. 10093/Ser.ll/A./2012, dated 25.10.2016,

      have upgraded 1450 postof Lnguae Pandts (Grade l as School Assistant Languages) and 1200 posts of Physicai Educton Teachers as School Assistants hysical Education working in Zilla Parishad / Government High Schools haing a strength of 200 students and above in the pay scale of Rs.28,940-78.910 across the State in the firs phase. Lster, the Commissioner ofSch Education has sough clarification fram the Government for filling up of all upgraded posts by way of 100 % promotions The M.LCs commitee consttuted for this purpose also recommended to fill up upgraded posts by 100 % promotion from feeder category only

2. also inform that Unified Service Rules were ssued to regulate the service conditions of teachers working in n Governmen, Z.P. &M.P.P. schools. In W.P No.32717 and 32738 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017, the Honble High Cour their i order, ordered that Status quo as on today shall be maintained by the respondents in all respects.

3. further inform that the School Education Dep ntend to reax the existing rule, i.e Note 3 of Rule 3 in G.O.Ms.No.74. Education Dept. Dated 20.09.2017, for considering the proposal tofil up the upgraded posts of School Assistants Languages) and School Assistants (Physical Edcon) by 100 % promotions , but the rules issued in G.O.Ms No.74 are under statusquo orders of Honble High Court vide orders dated 22.09.2017 in W.P.No.32717 & 32738 of 2017. In this circumstances I request you to get the status quo order vacate or seek permission of High Court to elfect this change
