ORDER

          In the reference4cited, the District Educational Officer, Guntur was sanctioned 1076 Kitchen Cum store Rooms in Guntur district with plinth area of 302 Sfu 28sqm@Rs.1.50 lakhs with a strength of 90 children and above under Phase-ll during the year 2011-12 under MDM Scheme and also instructions were issued to take necessary steps ie. to give administrative sanction to the Executive Engineer (RVM) for completion of the works as per the reference 1 and 2 cited

       In the reference 5h cited, the Executive Engineer, SSA, Guntur through the Project Officer, SSA, submitted proposals for alternative sanctions due to lack Old shed, non availability of site onstructed in Phase I, Existing Kitchen Sheds, School closed, School Merged etc and not started Inot

         In view of the above circumstances, the District Educational Officer, Guntur is here by accorded administrate sanction for 190 Kitchen Cum store Rooms duly cancelling the previcus sanctioned 190 Kitchen Sheds in the reference 4 cited, with plinth area of 302 Sf/28 sqm @ Rs.1.50 lakhs under Phase-ll under MDM Scheme. Alternative sanctioned list enclosed to this proceedings

     The Executive Engineers, SSA, Guntur is requested to take immediate necessary steps to ground the Kitchen Sheds and complete them within 30 days as per the guidelines of the Commissioner & Directr of School Education, AP, Hyderabad. The Kitchen Cum store Rooms type design also communicated. Progress reports of construction of Kitchen Cum store Rooms should be submitted fortnightly to this office
