      The attention of ell the Mandal Educational officers, Headmasters in the district is drawn to the reference cited above and they are informed that "Rashtriya Avishkar Sapthah-2018 shall be observed from October 29- to November 02, 2018. (October being the month of Dr. A. PJ. Abdul Kalam's Birth Anniversary which is declared as Rashtriya Avishkar Sapthah-2018).
