Duties to be done time to time

*6th December 2018*

Reach the distributing center at 8:00 am.

Meet the remaining members of your team.

Collect all the materials related to your polling station.

You will be transported to your polling station with security.

Make all the necessary arrangement in and around your P.S.

Roll all the burdens upon God and take good rest.

7th December 2018

Set up your P.S by 5:30 AM

Wait for polling agents upto 6:15am - then start mock poll.

Give connection Ballot Unit —> VVPAT ——> Control Unit and switch ON.

Press CLEAR the previous votes. All candidates should show “0”

Start the Mock poll n allow the agent to vote 50 votes.

Press CLOSE —-> RESULT ( Tally all votes ) ——> CLEAR.

Switch OFF the CU

Seal the Control Unit with proper tags.

Switch ON the CU

Start the actual poll.

Check the total polled votes every 2 hours by pressing TOTAL Button.

Pack everything and make preparations to finish off the polling by 5 PM.

You are transported from there to Returning Station by a team.

ఎన్నికల విధి నిర్వహణలో  పాల్గొను ఉద్యోగులకు చిన్న గమనిక::--
1) ఎలెక్షన్ డ్యూటీ ఆర్డర్ కాపీ తమ వెంటనే తీసుకువెళ్లాలి. సూచించిన సరియైన సమయానికి అలాట్ చేసిన డిస్ట్రిబ్యూషన్ సెంటరుకు వెళ్ళాలి.

2) తప్పనిసరిగా ఈ వివరములు మీవెంట తీసుకువెళ్లాలి
(1) Employee ID No. (2) Pay scale (Master scale & Basic Pay), (3) Salary Saving Account details (Account NO, IFSC code, branch name etc.)

3) మీరు పని చేయుచున్న స్థలం నుండి ఎన్నికల డ్యూటీ కేటాయించిన స్థలం వరకు (from your working place to alloted distribution centre) ఎన్ని కి.మీ. దూ రం కలదు.

4) ఎన్నికల విధి నిర్వహణ అలసత్వం వహించిన, నిర్లక్ష్యంగా ప్రవర్తించిన ఎన్నికల నియమావళి ప్రకారం ప్రభుత్వ చర్యలు తీసుకొనబడును కనుక మీకు అప్పగించిన పనిని నమ్మకం తో చేయగలరు.

5) చలికాలం కాబట్టి మీకు కేటాయించిన పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ నందు సౌకర్యాలు అనుకూలం గా ఉండకపోవచ్చు....కనుక అన్ని పరిస్థితులకు తట్టుకునే మానసిక స్థైర్యం తో వెళ్ళాలి.

6) మీకు అవసరమనుకుంటే ఒక జత బట్టలు, బేడీషీట్,టవల్, సోప్,పేస్ట్,తినడానికి స్నాక్స్, జండూ బామ్,వాటర్ బాటిల్ etc.,ఇంకా మీ వ్యక్తిగత సరంజామా  రెడీ చేసుకొని వెళ్ళండి.

7) ముఖ్యంగా 7వ తేదీన ఉదయం 7 గంటల నుండి సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు ఓపిక సహనం కలిగి ప్రశాంతంగా పని చేయండి.

8) తిరిగి సాయంత్రం మీయొక్క election material జాగ్రత్తగా receiving centre నందు అప్పగించవలెను.

9) PO's/APO's మాత్రం మీ ఆధీనంలో ఉన్న Green Paper seals series, account paper seals, PO dairy data చాలా జాగ్రతగా చూసుకోవాలి.

EVM/VVPAT (ballot unit/control units) విషయం లో కూడా బహు జా గ్రతగా ఉండాలి. Ballot paper issuing & EVM results tally కావాలి మధ్య మధ్యలో పరిశీలన చేసుకోవాలి

10) మీకు కేటాయించిన OPO's ను పరిశీ లించి మార్కుడ్ కాపీ చదవడం,ఓటరు ను గుర్తించడం, ఇంక్ పెట్టడం, బ్యాలెట్ పేపర్ ఇవ్వడం వంటి పనులు చెప్పాలి.ఉషారుగా పని చేయునట్లు మసులుకోవాలి.

Marked copy, ballot papers, account seals, polling station NO. & Allotted voters etc., సమాచారం ఖచ్చితంగా Counting day వరకు మీ వద్ద ఉండాలి.మీ P.S. కు సంబంధించిన ఏదైనా పొరపాటు జరిగితే మిమ్మల్ని పిలవడం జరుగుతుంది కనుక జాగ్రత్త.

Receiving centre నందు importent material s అప్పగించిన ప్పుడు మరువక రశీదు తీసుకోవాలి.

11) అందరూ ఎంతో కష్టపడి ఎన్నికల విధులు నిర్వహించి ఇంటికి వస్తారు 😊😊.. మరుసటిరోజు రెండవ శనివారం,ఆది వారము సెలవు దినములు కలవు...హాయిగా విశ్రాంతి తీసుకోండి🧖🏼‍♂🧖‍♀......

12) మీరు గతంలో Election duties చేసిన అనుభవం ఉండొచ్చు/ఉండకపోవచ్చు...ఈ సమాచారం మీకు కొంతయిన ఉపయోగ పడొచ్చు అని చిన్న ప్రయత్నం...ALL THE BEST to all election duty employees...👍🏻
