ORDER

        The immediate attention of all the District Collector & District Election Authorities and District Panchayat Officers in the state is invited to the reference 4h cited. In the reference cited they were instructed by the Telangana State Election Commission to complete the following election related tasks as per the dates indicated against each item.

1. Generation of ward wise additions, deletions and 18.12.2018 Modificatiorn supplement

2. Updation of Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers and their training 22.12.2018

3. Updation of Polling personnel .e. PO, APOs other polling Personnel Randamization in Te-poll software and First level 20.12.2018.

4. Serving of orders to Polling personnel at source Mandal 26.12.2018

5. Training to Poling personnel @100 to 150 per batch at Mandal/erstwhile taluka headquarters basing on feasibility 27.12.2018 to 02.01.2019

6. Mandal wise sorting of polling material ie. Bal lot boxes, Ballot papers, paper seals, indelible ink phials (These material Shall be distributed to MPDOs on the date to be 24.12.2018 indicated by the SEC)

7. Mandal wise distribution of Forms, Covers, Handbooks and other polling material 24.12.2018 In view of the above, ail the District Collector & District Election Authorities and District Panchayat Officers in the State are directed to complete the election re ated tasks as prescribed by the SEC and send daily reports on the completion of the tasks to Telangana State Election Commission under intimation to this office
