   Letter No. 54/MS/TSFC/2018, dated: 25-10-2018 from the Member Secretary Telangana State Food Commission, Hyderabad.

         All the District Educational Officers n the State are hereby informed that the Chairman, Telangana State Food Commission, Hyderabad has reviewed the implementation of the Mid Day Meal Scheme and informed to see that the Mid Day Meal Scheme shall be reviewed by the School Management Committees (SMC) also in their meetings and the same has to be recorded in the minutes of the meeting. Therefore, the District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to al the Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters to ensure that the Mid Day Meal Scheme should be reviewed in the every SMC meeting and it should be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.

        Also see that one SMC member shall taste the Mid Day Meal and record the in the taste register on daily basis They are requested to submit the information in the following proforma by 31-12-2018. District No, of SMC meetings No, of SMCs reviewed the Mid Day Meal Scheme and Name of the Mandal No. of Schools SINo n he minutes of during the year 2018-19 the meeting
