    SCERT, TS Hyderabad INSPIRE Award Scheme conduct of one day meeting on 21-12-2018- organization of the DLEPCs Reg.

Order

       The attention of all the District Educational officers in the state are informed that the Depertment Mathcmatics and Science, SCERT, TS, Hyderabad is organizing one day meeting on 21-12-2018 at 10.00 A.M, in Conference hall-1, SCERT, TS, Hyderabad with District Science Officers regarding organization of Disti evel Exhibition and Project Competitions of INSPIRE Award Scheme.

    Further the DSOs are requested to attend the meeting with the following particulars:

     1. District level Science, Mathematics and Environment Exhibition (DLSMEE) detailed documentation (in hard copy and soft copy) indicating class wise participation, sub theme wise participation, girls, boys participation and related science activities conducted during the exhibition.

    2. List of INSPIRE Awardees whose amounts i.e., Rs. 10,000/-were not credited along with particulars of name of the student, school name, account number, bank rame, IFSC Code, Name of the guide teecher etc. and School Headmasters letter with passbook Xerox copy

       3. Actual no. of students identified for participation of DLEPCs. Therefore all the DEOs are requested to relieve the DSOs for the said meeting with an instruction to report the HOD, Department of Mathematies and Science at 10.00 am on 21-12- 2018 with all relevant information without fail  Director, SC
