ORDER

           In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner (FAC), DAT & SC in the reference 1 cited and after careful examination of the requests made by the National Federation of the Blind and the Visually Challenged Employees Association, Government hereby order to exempt the Visually Challenged Employees from biometric attendance, duly permitting them to continue the old system of making attendance, on humanitarian grounds.

    2.
