Ibrahimptna cancellution o the ordersissued in the eference Sth cited and after careful examination of the mntte Gorernment heeby direct the Commissioner of School Educaion, A.P to credit Earned Lea for 17 days to the tearhr who havr participated n Samaikyandhra agtation und attended the Schools for thirty three 33 days on Public holidays - as deemed G , subject to condition that the Earmed Leave ennnot be encashed either at the time of retirement or at the me of surrender, as this leave in the nnture of Compensatory Leave for which encashment is not there rs

Further, wherever the concerned employees apply for Enrned Leave in futur he 17 ELs have ta be debited m the irst instance an then only them credit (s that in future, a the time of retirement, the emplayees not n claim to add the same to te man eredit, due to lack of maximum 0 or encashmen faclityi
