AP Rc.30 ,Dt.21/3/2019 Celebration of Annual Day in all the Primary  and Upper Primary schools in the State - instructions issued Regarding,

Guidelines for HeadMasters:

•All Government Primary and Upper Primary Schools in the state should organize Annual Day celebrations.

Annual Day may be organized either beforeor after completion of annual examinations.

HeadMaster/Teacher should prepare the documentation of Annual Day celebrations.

HeadMaster/Teacher should submit a copy of there port to the School Complex for observation.

•Prefer able time of Organization of annual day would be in between 3pm and9:30pm.

Invite SMC Members, parents, philanthropists, alumniand other community members for School AnnualDay.

Ensure involving members of all social categories.
