Guidelines for Utilization of Annual Composite School Grants

1. Provisional of stationary i.e. chalk pieces, white papers, registers etc
2. Utilizing grants to celebrate National Festivals
3. Payment of Electricity Charges
4. Repairs to computers, projector, K-Yan, TV,ROT
5. Cable, Internet charges and other expenditure relating to digital classes
6. Purchase of consumables in Labs
7. Replacement and repairing of Laboratory equipment
8. Minor repairs to doors, windows, flooring
9. 10% of grants shall be utilized for swatchata program
10. Purchasing of daily newspapers etc

⏩ General Guidelines for utilization of Grants

1. The SMC shall make resolutions to utilize grants on the above mentioned items and the resolutions shall be maintained accordingly
2. Social audit shall be done by SMC on utilization of the Grants
3. Stock and Issue Registers shall be maintained for the items procured and utilized
4. Expenditure and balance available shall be displayed on the notice board
5. Discussion on utilization of grants shall be conducted at monthly SMC meetings
6. Cash book and vouchers shall be mainted for all the transactions
7. Headmasters are responsible for utilization of grants as per guidelines at school level
