      Instructions of the Secretary to the Education through the Video Conference on Dt : 11 - 06 - 2019 .

        All the MEOs in the District are hereby informed that , based on the instructions issued in the video conference held on 11 - 06 - 2019 by the secretary , the students of Primary Schools having less than 10 Enrolment , Upper Primary Schools less than 20 Enrolment ( in 6th & 7th classes ) and High Schools having less than 30 enrolment may be relocated to the nearby school . The Teachers shall be relocated under work adjustment to the needy schools where the Teachers are required as per the Enrolment . The Students who were relocated to the nearby schools may be eligible for transport allowance as per RTE norms . Hence MEOs are instructed to send the proposals for transport allowance of such students . Hence all MEOs are hereby informed to strictly to adhere to the instructions of the Secretary to the Education through the video Conference held on 11 - 06 - 2019 . HRD
