    With reference to the subject cited, it is to inform that, the SSA (23949) Accounts are being operating with SBH pertains to the DPOS & Sub District units from 2014 onwards with hassle free service. Subsequently, the SBH has merged with the SBI, from then onwards lot of inconvenience is facing and sometimes led to risk in maintaining SSA funds with the SBL In this regard lot of correspondence has been made to the SBI authorities but no correctional efforts have been made from the SBI. Further, after merging of SBH into SBI, the following inconvenience / risks faced by the SSA in maintenance of funds with SBI:

a) Unauthorized AEPS with-drawls

b) Closure of Sub District Units (SDUS) Accounts without our consent and in violation to the agreement clauses which results in return of released funds and non availability of SSA funds to the SDUS. Example: Letter Received from SBI vide reference 3rd cited

e) Debiting of Bank Charges for non-maintenance of Minimum Balances / Duplicate State etc which is in violation of agreement clauses.

d) Opening of Current Accounts instead of Savings Bank Account in accordance with the agreement clauses.

e) Non updation of Web Portal i.e., within 48 hrs.
