It is hereby notified that the State Level National Talent Search (1 level) Examination for class X will be conducted on 03-11-2019 (Sunday) in twe sessions ie first session from 09.30 AM to 11.30 AM and Second session from 1.30 PM to 3.30 PM in Telugu/ English /Urdu and Hindi media at all the Headquarters off 33 Districts in the State. The students who are studying X Class during the current academic year i.e. 2019 2020 in any recognized school in Telangana state including Kendriya Vidyalayas and schools affiliated to LC S.E & CB.S.E., New Delhi are only eligible to appear for the above said Examination. The students who have selected for NMMS scholarships and studying X class now may also eligible to apply for NTS Examination but such candidates have to forego the further NMMS scholarships, if he'she is selected in NTS second level Examination Pattern of examination for NTSE Nov.2019 (stage-I) Date of Exam: 03.11.2019. aper Maximum Marks No of Duration Test type Timings of Exam questions in minutes Morning Session Mental Ability Test (MAT) 100 100 120 09.30AM to 11.30AM Evening Session II Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) 100 100 120 130PM 3.30PM to The examination consists of Mental Ability Test for 100 marks with 100 questions, and Scholastic Aptitude Test for 100 marks with 100 questions comprising Sciences (40) and Mathematies (20) Social sciences (40). Each question carries one mark. All questions are Multiple Choice Questions with four options Examination fee Rs.100- (Rupees Hundred only) per candidate should be paid through chalan at any treasury branch which are available in this office web site before online registration of applications as the particulars of Examination fee paid should be noted in the application form at the time of registration. Consolidated challan for all the candidates from one school is preferable Names of concemed candidates should be written on the reverse side of the chalan. Printed copy of online registered Application Forms along with original Challan. and copies of caste certificates (income & assets certificate for EWS) issued by MRO concemed of Telangana state in case of SC/ST/OBC non creamy layer and medical certificates issued by Medical Board of any District of Telangana state in case of PHC and two copies of print of report (i.e. nominal roll) should be submitted in Office of concerned District Educational Officer only, In case of SC/ST/ candidates caste certificate, for OBC non creamy layer candidates caste certificate with non -creamy layer, for PHC candidates medical certificates and for EWS candidates income & assets certificate shoukd be uploaded along with application at the time of registration on line. In case of OBC candidates, those who are listed in the central list of OBCS (state wise) ication form pertaining Telangana available to state in the web http://www.nche.nic.in/user/panelcentrallisttstateview.aspx subject to the income limit notified by the Government should furnish caste and non-creamy layer certificates for OBC reservation. Otherwise they will be treated as general candidates.
