    All the Heads of the Institutions of Zilla Parishad, Government, Aided, Un-Aided Recognised Secondary and Upper Primary Schools are here by informed to follow the Guidelines: . The District Common Examination Fee for the academic year 2019-20 shall be collected from Private Recognised Schools for classes VI to X students and for Z.P/Govt/Aided schools for classes IX & X students, subject to repayment of fee to SC/ST/BC students when the reimbursement is received.

2. The District Common Examination Board fee should be collected and remitted only in respect of the students in recognized classes and recognized additional sections.

3. The rates of fee for the year 2019-20 are Rs.60- per candidate for VI, VII and VII classes and Rs.80- per candidate for IX and X classes of Private schools, Rs.60- per candidate for IX and X classes of ZP. Govt. & Aided schools.

4. In view of the problems taking Demand Drafts (D.D) and changed rules of banks from last year (2018-19) DCEB R.R Dist.

The Head of the Institutions of all managements are instructed to fill the online proforma for payment of EXAMINATION FEE and Take Printout((PAP) Pre-Acknowledgement Payment) and pay Amount in any branch of State Bank of India or Pay Online through Inter Net Banking/Credit card etc..

7. All the Aided and recognized institutions have to submit Xerox copies of the latest recognition, General Attendance of VI to X classes.

8. All ZP, Govt, Aided, Un-Aided, Recognised (Pvt) schools have to submit Figure Statement along with the required enclosures to the Mandal Educational Officer concermed duly obtaining the counter signature of the concemed Mandal Educational Officer only

9. Enclose UP Schools 03 (Three) / High Sehools 5 (FIVE) self addressed envelopes with Rs.5/ stamps on each envelop. (Each envelop for SA-1, SA-2, 2020-21 Fig.Statment proccedings Time Table, Spl.Test & 10th Pre-Final etc.)

10. The Last date for submission of Figure Statement to MEO concerned is 31-07-2019 I. Please follow the below instructions while filling up the Figure Statement: Only ONE Figure Statement is to be prepared for all classes and all media
i) For same classes with different media shall fill up the Figures against the classes in subject column properly

iii Three SETS of Figure Statements have to be prepared. TWO sets have to be submitted to concerned MEOS and ONE school office copy.

12. As per G.O.Ms.No.162, Edn. Dated: 20.02.1976. All the schools have to be covered by DCEB, they should follow the Government Prescribed Text Books and Question papers supplied by the DCEB only. are here by informed to opt nearby Question paper distribution

13. All the Heads of the utic centers (Key Centers) within their concerned Mandal jurisdiction only. (List of Key Centers Enclosed).

14. DCEB will supply Question Papers for S.A.-1, S.A.-2 for classes VI to IX classes and for X class S.A.- & Pre-Final Examination.

15. There is no 2"d Language as Special English for any class

16. Games Fee: All the HMs of UPS and HS under all managements in Ranga Reddy District are informed to pay Games fee of Rs.10/- per candidate for VI to X classes of private schools and IX & X classes of Z.P, Govt., & Aided Schools.
