     All the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that vide reference cited, instructions and guidelines were issued to implement 60 days Attainment of Basic Competencies -ABC (Moolalloki veladam) in all Schools in the State, for Classes Il to VIl to improve the foundational skills of Reading, Writing and Arithmetic.
