         All the District Educational Officers and Ex - officio Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that on the report of pilot study of Shaalasiddhi External Evaluation , the State has organized a1 - day Orientation on 26 . 07 . 2019 to District Resource Persons at Hyderabad to review school performance to validate , complement and Supplement the School Self - Evaluation , thereby helping the school to identify its " Strengths and Areas of Irriprovement " . In the District level orientation programme the following activities inay be taken up for implementations in the districts * Identify 2 senior GHMs and 2 School Assistants in the mandal who are acquainted with Shaalasiddhi and academics for formation of Mandal level teams . • Each Mandal team comprises One GHM , one SA and Mandal MIS . The mandal MIS Will help 2 tearns In uploading external evaluation data in to Shaala siddhi website .

* The mandal tears have to complete 50 % of Schools External Evaluation ( Govt & Local body schools ) for academic year 2019 - 20 .

* District level 1 - day orientation to the mandal level teams should be conducted on 5th August , 2019 or 6th August , 2019 . 11 Page
