Orders

            ::H:: The proposals of certain SGTS / PETS / LPs have been sent to the Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad vide reference 2nd & 3rd cited with a request to verify their character and antecedents and furnish reports. But so far the antecedent reports are not received to this office till to date. Further the Government vide reference 1t cited has clarified that if either the report on the verification of antecedents or a request for extension of time for verification of antecedents was not received with in a fortnight from the Police authorities, it has to be presumed that there was nothing adverse against the candidate who was selected for the regular appointment in the service of the local body as a teacher and action could be taken to appoint on a regular basis, after ascertaining from the police authorities that no adverse report has been sent. Government vide G.O Ms 742, Dt: 10.08.1979 has directed that, the procedure for verification of antecedents prescribed in the Govt Memo No: 4583-G2/69-30, Education Dt: 20.05.1974 shall be followed.

No: In view of the provisions contained in the references 1 & 2nd cited, the District Educational Officer, Nizamabad is pleased to regularise the services of (205) Teachers shown in the Annexure mentioned enclosed herewith in the cadre of SGT /Language Pandits The concerned Mandal Educationál Officers / Head masters of the institutions are requested to record an entry to this effect into original Service Book of the incumbent under proper attestation without fail. The receipt of the proceedings should be acknowledged.
