Open website :

▶ STEP 2:

Login with -
User Id: UDISE Code
Password : as created

▶ STEP 3:

Go to "REPORTS"(Left down side) -
Click
"SCHOOL SELF EVALUATION REPORT".

▶ STEP 4:

Select "2018 - 19"-
Click Excel icon (Top right side)

▶ STEP 5:

Download the excel report - Take printout 2 / 3 copies .

*Submit 2 copies to EXTERNAL EVALUATORS who are coming to visit your schools shortly and keep one copy for school record.*

And Keep ready all the records and registers related to

*SCHOOL SELF EVALUATION REPORT*
During External Evaluation.
