Further , they are informed that the Commission has instructed that " applical order illay be sent to the candidates as per the lit list mindle available with theirtinent " and before issuing appointment orders it imay be ensured that all the digital certificate of the candidates are verified before admitting the candidates into service . In case of IMMI - production of ally requisite certificate in Original or Mrly discrepancy b noticed the unit , olice Illasy take action 1 per the Rule in force before issuing appointment orders . If any candidates fails to report to duty , his / her fire may be deleted from the approved list in terms of rules II ( a ) of State and subordinate Service Rules , and a notice , may be sent to the candidates that his / her rlaine hins her deleted from the approved list to Illect the legal requiretrients . A consolidated Order Irily be issued in respect of all such deleted candidates and send a Copy to the Commission to re - fictify these Vacancies after the expiry of the stipulate time to report for duty .
