ORDER:

      The Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued the Comprehensive Budget Release Order for the Financial Year-2019-20 in the following New Head of Account under YSR Toilet maintenance scheme. Head of Account Budget 2019-20 160,00,00,000 Item No 2202-02-053-00-05- 280/285 YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme 160,00,00,000/ Total The collector and District Magistrate West Godavari requested for sanction of amount Rs.11,14,51,000/- for clearance of pending bills. Where as an amount of Rs.11,31,45,000/ is required for clearing the bills as per the record of Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradsh. Sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 11,31.45,000/- 2at Rupees Eleven Crores Thirty One Lakhs Forty Five Thousand only) to the District Educational Officer, West Godavari for clearing the Pending bills towards maintenance of Toilets for making payment of Honorarium to Sanitary workers under YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme from June-2018 to September- 2019 ,e. for 15 Months . Further, the District Educational Officer,West Godavari District is requested to utilize the amounts towards maintenance of Toilets for making payment of Honorarium to Sanitary workers under YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme from June-2018 to September-2019 i.e. for 15 Months is as follows.
