Implementation of 100 days Comprehensive Revision Plan for achieving 100% results in the SSC Public Exams, March 2020-Instructions-Issued

ORDERS

     As per the instructions of the District Collector & Chairman, TSS, Siddipet vide ref. cited above, attention of all the MEOS/ Headmasters/SOs of KGBVS/ Principals of Model Schools/ Principals of TSWRS, MJPBCWRS, TMRIES is drawn regarding achieving cent percent results in SSC Public Exams March, 2020. In this connection, a Comprehensive Revision Plan has been designed and going to be implemented from 04.11.2019 to 15.03.2020 for a period of 100 days

This plan contains of day wise, subject wise and session wise (Morning and Evening) subjects, topics to be reviewed along with the supporting material and test items to be conducted as per the given weekly schedule.

This also contains Special Revision and Grand Tests as the lines of SSC Public Exams March 2020 in the months of February and March 2020. While implementing this plan, all the Head of the

Institutions shall follow the guidelines given below Divide the students into A, B and C groups based on the performance of SA1 examination Head of the Institutions shall instruct the concerned subject teachers to maintain the list of such A, B and C category students.

>After conducting daily weekly tests concerned teachers shall evaluate the papers and submit the marks list to the Head of the Institutions. Based on this list Head of the Institutions shall track the performance of the students and guide the teachers accordingly.

>Head of the Institutions shall ensure 100 % attendance of the students to the Revision classes and school. In case of absence of a student more than 2 days, concerned class teacher and Head of the Institutions shalll call the parent and see that they resume to the school immediately Head of the Institutions shall also ensure the presence of concerned subject teachers without any deviations. Head of the Institutions shall arrange for guest lectures of subject experts locally available and motivational speakers in the month of February and March 2020.

>Every fortnightly, Head of the instructions shall conduct meetings with subject teachers to asses and track the performance of students for further improvement Along with the given plan, Head of the Institutions are liberty to design and implement additional inputs for the better performance of the students. Conduct Parents meetings regularly to ensure 100 % attendance of the students. Conduct wakeup call program to see that the students are engaged in studying at home.

Therefore, all the Head of the Institutions of secondary schools of Government sector shall scrupulously follow the instructions and guidelines without fail
