         All the MEO's & Al Coordinators (Head Masters) in the District are informed that the SSC & Internmediate (TOSS) Examinations April/May 2019 have been conducted during summer vacation. The services of certain teaching and Non teaching staff from Govt/ZP/Aided schools have been utilized for conduct of the said examinations In the connection, while enclosing the above Govt. orders in the reference 4h cited all the MEO's &Al Coordinators (Head Masters) in the Districts are informed to take necessary action for preservation of earned leave for the staff whose services have been utilized in conduct of SSC & Intermediate (TOSS) examinations April/May 2019 as per rules and procedure adopted for regular SSC Examination conducted by The Director of Govt Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad. Further the MEO's & Al Coordinators (Head Masters) are informed that the preservation of E.L's shall be as per rules any deviation will be viewed seriously in preservation of E.L.'s&their shall not be any lapses, if any found the MEO's & A Coordinators (Head Masters) are held responsible The Proceedings shall be acknowledged forthwith.
