    The attention of all the Erstwhile District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references 13th read above, and they are informed that the Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission, Hyderabad has furnished Unit list of Provisionally selected Candidates for the category of Secondary Grade Teacher English Medium and same were communicated by this office to all the Erstwhile District Educational Officers in the State for issuing appointment orders to the selected candidates in TRT-2017. Further, they are informed that the Commission has instructed that appointment orders may be sent to the candidates ( except for Agency posts) as per the unit list made available with department" and before issuing appointment orders it may be ensured that, all the original certificates of the candidates are verified before admitting the candidates into service. In case of non-production of any requisite certificate in original or any discrepaney is noticed the unit, Officer may take action as per the Rules in force before issuing appointment orders. If any candidates fails to report to duty, his/her name may be deleted from the approved list, and a notice, may be sent to the candidates that his/her name has been deleted from the approved list to meet the legal requirements. A consolidated order may be issued in respect of all such deleted candidates and send a copy to the Commission to re-notify these vacancies after the expiry of the stipulated time to report for duty. The whole exercise should be completed as per the schedule.
