   Sch.Edn- Hoisted the teachers union flag in the premises of Government institutions Certain instructions Issued.

      0O0- It is brought to the notice of the undersigned that, certain teacher unions are conducting their union meetings in the premises of the Local body/Government schools and during their programme they hoisted their union flag which is contrary to the rules in vogue As per rules in vogue. only National flag can be unfurl in the premises of Government offices and institutions on the event of National and State festivals and no other flag can be hoisted Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers, Head Master of Primary /Upper Primary High Schools are hereby informed that, not to allow any teacher unions either for conducting union meeting or hoisting their union flags. Even after this such incident noticed, the concerned Head Master of Primary /Upper Primary/ High Schools will be held responsible and disciplinary action will be initiated against them and also against the union bearers & teachers who ever conducted and participated. Instructions should be followed scrupulously and if any deviation noticed, disciplinary action will be initiated against the defaulters
