ORDER:-

In the reference 1st read above, the Hon'ble High Court in its orders dt.27.02.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.6258/2018 filed by Sri Jampala Latchaiah, S/o Veeraiah and 29 others working in the Schools of Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Warangal & Karimnagar Districts has made the following order: “Having regard to the judgement of the Supreme Court in State of Punjab Vs.
Jagjit Singh, and others (2017 SCC (1) (148) the respondents shall pay minimum
time scale attached to the post similar to which the petitioners are rendering their
services within four weeks”
