👉8.00 - 8.30 : question papers receave from storage point

*And check them  with codes*

👉 9.30 -10.30 : meeting with invigilators

👉 10.30 -11.00 : allow the students into exam hall
And filling the section -A of OMR sheet

👉 11.00 - 1.00 : exam time
don't  allow to  leave the hall before 1.00pm

👉 1.00pm : collect OMR sheets from students
*Classwise & medium wise*

👉 Pack OMR sheets in separate covers
*Class wise & medium wise*

👉 All covers put in cloth bag with *bundle slip* and seal it properly

👉 Bundle slip information should write also on the cloth bag

👉 Question papers also collect from students
*Class wise & medium wise*
And  kept in headmaster custody.
