& & & As per the request made by the teacher Unions in the meeting held on 31 01 - 2020 the District Educational officer Mancherial is pleased to accord permission to the MEo ' s and Headmasters of Secondary Schools in the Distric for sanction of CCLs to the teachers who were attended NISHTHA Training program in the following general holidays 29 - 12 - 2019 ( Sunday ) and 5 - 01 - 2020 ( Sunday ) two days Therefore , all the Mandal Educational officers and Headmasters of all High Schools in the district are requested to take necessary action to preserve Compensatary Causal Leave to the teachers who were attended NISHTHA training in general holidays basing on the attendance certificate produced by them to this effect . As per Leave Rules . The Receipt of the proceedings should be acknowledged by return of Post District Educational Officer Mancherial
