I am enclosing two representations of Sri G . Ravindra Babu , State President , Visually Challenged Employees Association , Andhra Pradesh & State Level Committee Member , Accessible and Inclusive Election for PWD ' s , Andhra Pradesh . In one representation , the State President , VCEAAP requested for exempting the visually challenged employees from posting on election duties and in the other representation , it was requested to provide facilities to the visually challenged voters so as to facilitate them to participate in the election process .
