ORDER :

     In response to the PIL filed by Sri Balakrishna Mandati Resident of East Maredpally Hyderabad dated 19 - 03 - 2020 vide reference 4th cited all the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that considering the Health Precautions to prevent the spread of Carona Virus ( COVID - 19 ) in the present circumstances the following precautionary measures has to be followed to safeguard personal who involved in conduct of examinations from possible and avoidable infections at SSC Examination centres Therefore All the District Educational Officers in the State are once again requested to issue the below mentioned instructions to the Chief Superintendents of Examinations in their Districts scrumptiously without fail

1 ) Large number of students will be congregating at each Examination centre to write the Exams

2 ) Considering the health precautions to prevent the spread of Carona virus ( COVID - 19 ) in the present circumstances precautionary measures to be followed to safeguard everybody from possible and avoidable infections .

3 ) To permit the students to write the exams with lacemask , if they want to wear one during Examinations .

4 ) To permit the students to enter the Examination hall one hour in advance and sit in his / her designated place without allowing big groups to congregate and wait for opening of the gates .

5 ) To arrange for cleaning all the Tables , Chairs , Door handles and Electrical switch boards etc . , with wet cloth dipped in disinfectant every morning before the start of Exams

6 ) To arrange for liquid soap and water at appropriate locations near the Examination halls for the use of students
