       Attention to all the Mandal Educational Officers and all the Head Master of PS, UPS & HS in the Karimnagar District are instructed to Submit the Utilization Certificates of Composite School Grants, Maintenance of Toilets, Online Grant, Badi Bata Grant, Civii Works, MRC Grant, CRC Grant, etc., for the financial year 2019-20. And further it is noticed that for the financial year 2017-16 and 2018-19 below listed grants Utilization Certificates are still pending to submit.

Now, that concern MEO/HMs are again instructed to submit pending previous years UCs also. If they fails in submitting UCs for the FY 2017-18 and 2018-19, that amount will be treated as unspent balance and the sume will be retrieved from SMC/CRC/MRC without prior information of concerns.

Therefore, All the Mandai Educational Officers and All the Head Master of PS, UPS & HS Schools in the Karimnagar District are ins'ructed to Submit the Utilization Certificates for the financial yeas 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 on or before 27.08.2020.
