TODAY’S DEO WARANGAL URBAN’S INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING TOMORROW SCHOOLS REOPENING through ZOOM MEETING - PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:
💥All Teachers attend schools as per regular timings from tomorrow i.,e 27.08.2020.
💥Teachers attended schools as per last year deputations where they worked.
💥Prepare schools very neatly by contacting Grama panchyathis.
💥Admissions are to be invited for 1 to 6th and if any other classes also came for admission don’t reject join in schools. Must follow COVID norms.
💥All Records to be updates as per promoted classes for children.
💥Students need not to attend physically to the school for classes even in admission process also. No conditions apply as to attend child for admission, we can give admission if parent or guardian attend school.
💥Teachers SCERT worksheets download and go through them.
💥Teachers Social distance to be maintained while attending school.
💥Teachers Contact or reach the child and verify the digital equipment by following COVID Norms, if child not have any equipment other arrangements to be made by the HMs and teachers.
💥Available local youth help by can take by the HMs for publicity of these online classes.
💥Text books should reach to all the children.
💥Learning outcomes based teaching is going.
💥Teachers prepare work sheets as per their children except SCERT worksheets and sent to children.
💥HMs and Teachers Motivation and wide publicity should be given to parents, SMC members and Local Authorities regarding online classes.
💥K-YANs and ROTs and TVs in schools should be make available in working condition without fail.
💥Concerned subject Teachers should contact students after online class and clarify their doubts if any they have.
💥Teachers should prepare home works as outcome oriented (not complicated, like multiple choice) in easy way.
💥Teacher Resources are to be gathered by them (from online, Teaching AIDs, Other ways)
💥HMs prepare school plan regarding teacher’s activities.
💥HMs and Teachers supervision on children should be very careful regarding.
💥Motivate the parents regarding online classes by teachers and HMs to attend their children for online classes is very important.
💥Conduct SMC meeting just with 2 to 3 members (i.,e chairmen and vice chairmen) with all COVID norms and make wide publicity regarding these online classes.
💥If any teacher is affected by COVID and not able to attend school tomorrow, they should submit reports of positive and quarantine period details through WhatsApp to MEO.
💥In all situations COVID norms should be follow.

ఈరోజు DEO గారిచే జరిగిన సమావేశం లోని ముఖ్యాంశాలు.
1. 27 . 8 . 2020 నుండి ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ విధిగా హాజరు కావాలి .27.8.2020 నుండి నూతన అకాడమిక్ ఇయర్ గా బావిస్తూ రిజిస్టర్ వ్రాసి సంతకాలు చేయాలి.
2. 22.3 .2020 నుండి 26. 8 .2020 వరకు అటెండెన్స్ రిజిస్టర్ యందు పేర్లు వ్రాసి lock down period గా నమోదు చేయాలి.
3. తరగతి వారి అటెండెంట్ రిజిస్టర్ లో పేర్లు వ్రాసి సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి
4. 27. 8 .2020 నుండి admissions ఈ ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభించాలి. అడ్మిషన్ సమయంలో విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులు మాత్రమే పాఠశాల ప్రాంగణంలోకి అనుమతించాలి .
5.తాము బోధించే తరగతి వారీగా వర్క్ షీట్ SCERT Website నుండి download చేసుకొని సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి. లెవెల్ వన్ బేస్ లైన్ మదింపు ఒకటి నుంచి నాలుగు వారాలు ,లెవెల్ టు బోధన అనంతరం మదింపు.
6. విద్యార్థులందరూ 1.8 .2020 నుండి TSAT మరియు దూరదర్శన్ చానల్ లో ప్రసారమయ్యే ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు 100% హాజరయ్యే విధంగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు బాధ్యత వహించాలి ,TV లేని విద్యార్థులను తోటి విద్యార్థుల ఇండ్ల లో కానీ సర్పంచ్ సహకారంతో గ్రామ పంచాయతీలలో టీవీ ఏర్పాటు చేసి COVID నిబంధనలు పాటిస్తూ హాజరయ్యే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి , కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్స్ ని సంప్రదించి TSAT దూరదర్శన్ చానల్ అంతరాయం లేకుండా ప్రసారం అయ్యే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.
7.కాంప్లెక్స్ HMs ,సీఆర్పీలు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు పై నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ చేయాలి.
8. తరగతి వారీగా విషయవారిగా e content తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.
9. ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ 27. 8 .2020 రోజు తమ మాతృ పాఠశాలల్లోనే హాజరు కావాలి తదనంతరము మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారి ఆదేశాల మేరకు వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్ చేయబడతాయి.
10. అందరూ covid19 నిబంధనలు పాటిస్తూ సురక్షితంగా పాఠశాలలకు హాజరుకావాలని సూచించడమైనది .
