     NIn view of the above reference 1" & 2nd cited and keeping in view, the representation of teachers Unions, Pensi have ded permission sanction the Preservation of Earned Leaves to the Teachers who have worked for Gram Panchayat / MPTC / ZPTC Election and Counting duty in Summer Vacation / Term Holidays in 2019, basing on the attendance certificate issued by the concerned Election Authority / Returning Officer as per Leave Rules in Vogue. Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers / Head Masters of High Schools in the Jayashankar Bhupalpally District are hereby permitted to sanction Preservation of Earned Leaves to the teachers who attended Election duties in Summer Vacation / Term Holidays in 2019 by obtaining duty certificate issued by the concerned election authority /RO. Further, the Mandal Educational Officer/ Head Masters of High Schools in the Jayashankar Bhupalpaily District are also informed that, the Mandal Educational Officer/ Head Masters who attend MPTC/ ZPTC Election duty (PO/APO/OPO) in Summer Vacation / Term Holidays are requested to apply to District Educational Officer Jayashankar Bhupalpally for sanction of Preservation of Earned Leaves duly enclosing duty certificate issued by the Authority / RO concerned.
